I wasn’t aware of the last one and I’m not sure I’ll be able to make this one, but I definitely want to do one. Here’s the description from OrlandoCityBeat (don’t know if I’ll ever be able to suppress a laugh when I read/hear/say/type that):
The Beer Bomb Bus Tour is a bar crawl, a beer class and an out-of-town excursion all in one! Enjoy a Shipyard beer and discussion on the bus as you go from Redlight Redlight, Sanford Wine Company, OM Bar and Chill Lounge and Tir Na Nog Pub.
The Shipyard Beer Bus leaves at 1PM from Redlight Redlight in Winter Park and looks like the last stop is 5:45PM before heading back. More details here.
Thanks to Ryan for pointing this out.

One Eyed Jack’s (part of the Wall Street Plaza empire) in downtown Orlando is now selling their “I hope they serve beer in hell” t-shirt.

Disclosure: Wall Street is a client of mine for past web development and currently for hosting.

If you’re in the Orlando area be sure to check out Oktoberfest at Orlando Brewing on Saturday September 15. Here’s the details:
Orlando Brewing will celebrate Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 15. Authentic German food will be available starting at 6pm. Brewmaster Ed Canty will debut his Oktoberfest beer that evening, served in a commemorative mug you can keep (only $10, $4 for a refill). Live music with The Bavarians begins at 7pm. It will be the most fun this side of Munich!
For more information and directions, check out www.orlandobrewing.com. (407) 872-1117.
The 15th is shaping up to be a great day in Orlando with the Downtown Triathlon in the morning, UCF’s home opener vs. Texas at 3:30 PM and Oktoberfest that night. The common thread tying the three together? Beer, of course!
