Unthirsty is a new site that has a very nice Google maps interface that lets you find happy hours in your (or another) city. They have Portland, OR and Seattle, WA covered but you can add a location if you don't find what you are looking for.
This is definitely one of the nicer looking and easier-to-use happy hour/bar finder sites out there. Another feature that really makes this site stand out is the mobile version for use on mobile devices.
