Duluth, MN Mayor Enforces Beer Law to Protect Local Brewers

Duluth, Minn. Mayor Herb Bergson has notified beer vendors at city facilities that he intends to enforce a 15-year-old law meant to protect the state's breweries. The law requires that a Minnesota-produced beer be made available whenever beer is sold in publicly owned or operated buildings.
