Podcasting + Beer = Beercasting

26 Jan

Check out the beercasting.com site for info on what they term beercasting. The basic premise is that you get together with others to drink beer and chat. You record the chat as a podcast and call it a beercast. I like it since it should be much more exciting than most podcasts.

A much more famous Chris talks about beercasting.

Things Beer Should Not Be Used For

26 Jan

OK, admit it: you’ve thought at least once about using beer as a substitute for good old H2O. Beer Recipe: Honey Mustard Beer Brats

25 Jan

Mmmm, beer brats…

“This recipe is very easy and makes delicious bratwurst. My guests always ask for these during football season. You won't be able to get enough onions and peppers in the slow cooker because every time we make them, we run out! This recipe is for 10. If you have a very large slow cooker, you can get 15 in, but most can only hold 10 (you may need another slow cooker if making more).”
